Donut machines, model XM 2
The XM 3 and XM 2 machines look the same. The difference is in the bunker. For XM3- pins are three, for three donuts 20 grams and for XM 2 the pins are 2, for 2 donuts- 40 grams. The machines are produced by all European Union requirements- CE, have all certificates. We give and a recipe too. The machine is wholly made of stainless steel.

Principle of operation
The dough is pre-mixed and poured into the dispenser; the automatic machine makes the donuts by itself, turns them and takes them out. The small machine XM 1, the donuts are made by turning the handle and they have to be turned and taken out by hand. In order for the machine to work indoors, it is necessary to have a hood with a fan above the machine. The oil is changed as often as the machine is used - when the oil darkens and does not smell good, it should be replaced.
