Boiling bath


The boiling bath, , manufactured by Hranmechanica, is used mainly in the food industry for heat treatment of various types of meat products – offal, chicken, pork. The tub is made with an oil jacket, good thermal insulation, is equipped with a drain tap and can be boiled and fried in it. Capacity about 1/3 of the overall volume.
