Principle of operation
The dough is pre-mixed and poured into the dispenser; the automatic machine makes the donuts by itself, turns them and takes them out. The small machine XM 1, the donuts are made by turning the handle and they have to be turned and taken out by hand. In order for the machine to work indoors, it is necessary to have a hood with a fan above the machine. The oil is changed as often as the machine is used - when the oil darkens and does not smell good, it should be replaced.
